Let’s first get to know one another on your complimentary consultation call. We’ll use this call to learn more about your family and how you like to travel—everything from your dream destinations to your preferred pace. We’ll also share more about our planning approach and Design Fee so you can make sure we’re the right fit for you before we begin.

Craft
Next, we’ll work with our trusted travel partners to design your itinerary proposal for you, tailoring it to your family’s specific needs and interests. After we share our proposal with you, you’ll get the chance to request any revisions so we can make sure your trip is exactly what you want for your family.

Book
Once your itinerary is finalized, we’ll start working behind the scenes to book and manage all of the travel components for you, such as your hotel stays, transfers, tours, and immersive activities. Our goal is to make sure every part of your itinerary seamlessly flows into the next!

Journey
We’ll prep you for your trip by answering any final questions and ensuring you have access to your full itinerary and travel documents via mobile app. While you travel, rest easy knowing you have our support, as well as that of our in-destination partners, if you need any assistance. Bon voyage!

What kinds of perks are you able to add to our trip?
Trivedi World Travel is an independent contractor with our host agency Gifted Travel Network, who are affiliated with Virtuoso. Both Gifted Travel Network and Virtuoso are leaders in the luxury travel industry and have partners worldwide to help us craft bespoke, one-of-a-kind vacations. Our virtuoso connection allows us to pass on special perks and amenities to our clients when they check into Virtuoso properties.
These perks may include complimentary breakfast, early check in/late check out, room upgrades, spa credits, and more (subject to availability). We love making our clients feel like travel VIPs through our special partnerships!
FAQ
Do you charge a planning fee for your services?
Yes, we ask for a Design Fee before we begin planning your travel experience. The Design Fee starts at $250/trip and varies depending on the complexity of your travels, the size of your group, and other factors—we’ll share the exact fee with you after we learn more about what you’re looking for during your consultation call! We also offer a la carte services, like flight management and concierge bookings.

Our planning services span the globe! Our founder and chief travel advisor, Mira Trivedi, has extensive personal travel experience throughout Europe, Asia, and beyond and has lived in multiple foreign countries. We also have access to a vetted network of trusted travel partners around the world—so we know exactly who to work with to create a meaningful travel experience for you, no matter where your family is yearning to explore!
